| - minimum stay: 2 weeks in July and August - car parking on the property - good 4G internet reception. - pets are not allowed - smoking in the house and in the garden are not permitted (fire risks). - fires and charcoal/wood barbecuesc are not permitted (fire risks). - electric barbecue proivided - please no naturism - the house, the swimming pool and the environment are not adapted for children under 10 years, elderlies and handicapped - the environment is very quiet, please respect the peace and tranquillity of the neighbourhood, for example please no bath at night - cleanliness: The house must be rplease returned immaculately clean, if this is not the case, 60 € will be deducted from the deposit - the departures on Saturday should take place before 10am - the arrivals on Saturday should take place before 4pm - charging of electric car must be previously registered and will be accounted RENTING CONDITIONS - firm booking through a first payment of 25% of the total renting amount by bank transfer. - second payment of 25% of the total renting amount by bank transfer, 2 months before the arrival. - remaining rent (50%) at the arrival, with the eventual options, in cash - If a cancellation is done less than 1 month before the arrival, 25+25% = 50% of the total renting amount is due. - If a cancellation is done more than 1 month before the arrival, all payments (50%) are paid back For "act of god" please contract a specific Insurance. With the first payment bank transfer of 25%, the booking conditions are accepted. . - refundable guaranty deposit: 300 €, to be paid at the arrival with the balance due in cash (including the eventual options) in cash, after house inventory. This guaranty deposit will be refunded at the departure, after inventory. Any loss or damage will be deducted if applicable. |
